Fruit Infused Water

I don’t know about you, but water can be pretty boring. It’s a challenge for us to stay hydrated during the day with good ol’ H2O.

And we’ve tried it all, sparkling water, filtered water, using a special glass, plopping in some ice cubes…I think you get the picture.

The best way we’ve discovered being able to drink large quantities of water during the day is by making delicious and healthy fruit water recipes.

Detox waters not only help you stay hydrated, but they also keep you full so you’ll consume fewer calories. They’re perfect for giving you that spa feeling right in your own home, plus you get a crazy amount of vitamins and minerals from the added fruit and herbs.

We’ve curated 10 of our favorite fruit infused water recipes and we can’t wait for summer berries and fruits to be in season so we can enjoy these with fresh, local fruit each and every day!

Infused Water Ideas

While we’re including 10 different “spa” fruit water recipes for you to try, here’s a list of popular fruits and herbs to start mixing in your own creations!

  • berries – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • lemon or limes
  • other citrus – oranges, grapefruit
  • melon– watermelon, cantaloupe
